Leaving the Lagoon of Lusenzo behind us we skirt the San Domenico island and the homonymous church where you can find a wooden crucifix from the fourteenth century.

This crucifix is often represented on wooden votive tablets, the so-called “tolèle”, some of which are exhibited in the churches of San Domenico, San Giacomo, and the Diocesan Museum to preserve this popular art of the island.
