Hotel Firenze is located in the historic centre of Venice, just 30 metres from Piazza San Marco, on the city’s main luxury shopping street.
St Mark’s Basilica and the Doge’s Palace are approximately 100 metres from the hotel, while the city’s main attractions — including the Rialto Bridge, the Accademia Gallery, the Guggenheim Museum and Palazzo Grassi — can be reached on foot in less than 10 minutes.

The building dates back to the early 16th century and underwent a major restoration in 1853 by the renowned architect Fuin, who took inspiration for the façade from the Procuratie Vecchie in Piazza San Marco. The result is remarkable for its elegance and style, preserving the charm of the Art Nouveau taste through its refined combination of marble and ironwork.
The wrought-iron decorations on the façade recall the building’s 19th-century history, when it belonged to the famous Austrian hat-making family Habig, whose most prestigious clients included the Austro-Hungarian royal family.
The property covers approximately 750 square metres and features 25 rooms, some with private terraces, arranged over four floors and served by an elevator.
The breakfast room, located on the first floor, is decorated with Venetian stucco walls, handcrafted mirrors and Murano glass lamps.
On the fifth floor, breakfast can also be served on the splendid panoramic terrace, offering views over the city, the lagoon basin and St Mark’s Basilica.
